Urban Ranch General Store celebrated its opening in April 2011 – bringing proprietor Durette Candito’s long-time dream to life. The store specializes in hand-selected, artful and sustainable details for homes and boutique hospitality projects, including specialty door and cabinet hardware, lighting, custom wine cellars, candelabras, gifts and other decorative accessories – a general store for modern city dwellers.
Urban Ranch customers are also being introduced to Durette’s own unique jewelry and clothing, as well as other local designers’ jewelry, special artist gallery shows and locally-produced gourmet foods. An experienced interior designer, Durette continues to consult on varied projects in addition to advising Urban Ranch shoppers on their home accessories choices.
